NOR Flash記憶體廠Spansion(飛索)今(19)日宣布，已開始生產1Gb和512Mb的Spansion GL NOR Flash記憶體，相較於其他產品，除了讀取性能提升45%外，同時也具備最快編程速度，瞄準車用電子、消費性電子、遊戲應用與遠端登錄程式(telnet)等應用。
