浮動油價正式啟動 汽油每公升降4角
這是小禮物嗎???浮動油價今起正式實施,中油送給消費者一份小禮物,除了反映原油價格下跌外,也將石油基金與空污費減徵利益一併反映,汽柴油將從明天凌晨零時起,每公升分別降價0.4元與0.3元。 由於中油汽柴油從明天零時起就要降價,所以消費者汽車的油箱,如果能撐過今天就盡量撐,因為過了今晚再到中油加油站加油,汽油每公升可以省0.4元,柴油省0.3元。 今天是浮動油價結束試辦、正式實施的第一次油品調價作業,NYMEX(紐約商品交易所)WTI(西德州中級原油)近月期貨收盤價為61.05美元,較上次調價時Platts所公布WTI日均價下跌近0.9美元,這個下跌幅度經打8折,再反映在汽柴油降價上,汽油每公升可以降價0.18元,柴油降價0.19元。 不過,由於石油基金與汽柴油空污費,從今年度起減徵,其中汽油每公升石油基金徵收,由0.382元調為0.262元,減徵0.12元;空污費由0.3元調為0.19元,減徵0.11元,兩者合計減徵0.23元。在柴油方面,石油基金由0.3元調為0.224元,減徵0.076元。 汽柴油石油基金與空污費的減徵,中油沒有暗槓,在今天的油價作業一併將減徵的利益反映回饋給消費者,因此汽油的降價擴大至0.4元,柴油擴大至0.3元。 據了解,根據浮動油價機制,燃料油原本每公秉要調漲100多元,但基於要繼續維持亞鄰國家最低價的考慮,中油傾向「不反映漲價」。 【2007/01/02 聯合晚報】 |
